Job summary

BJC Medical Group in Farmington, Missouri, seeks a Board Certified/Eligible physician in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Emergency Medicine for our Post-Acute Care program serving senior living communities. You will provide patient-centered care across post-acute, long-term care, and assisted living settings, collaborating with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
• Missouri licensure eligible.

Responsibilities

• Manages medical care of patient panel and coordinates with hospitalists or other physicians.
• Collaborates with care team to ensure excellent patient care outcomes at clinic locations.
• Performs histories and physicals and documents in medical records; supports call coverage and inbasket management.
