Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
• Active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to connect to patients with empathy and compassion.
• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Ability to use EMR system for notes and charting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver podiatry care in geriatric facilities.
• Perform diabetic foot care, wound management, and foot/ankle assessments.
• Make clinical decisions with support from the care team.
• Document notes in EMR and coordinate with Care Coordination and IT support.
