Job summary

Psychosocial Therapies in Cleveland, OH seeks a full-time, part-time, or contract Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve residents in long-term care facilities. Collaborative care with an interdisciplinary team and strong integrity are key.

A sign-on bonus and competitive compensation are offered. Applicants must hold an Ohio APRN license or PA license, be board certified, and have active DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse in Ohio with APRN or PA license.
• PMHNP degree and ability to prescribe with a psychiatrist per state board.
• Board Certified.
• Psychiatric experience required.
• Geriatric experience preferred.
• Active DEA license.
• Ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team to develop, implement or evaluate treatment plans.
• Deliver care with integrity and a commitment to excellence in resident care.
• Maintain licensure and compliance with relevant regulations.
