Job summary

Psychosocial Therapies in Ohio seeks a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for full-/part-time or contract roles across Sidney, Vandalia, and Dayton areas. You will deliver psychiatric care to residents in long-term care facilities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create and evaluate treatment plans.

Requirements include an Ohio APRN license or Ohio PA degree, PMHNP or PA board certification, and active DEA.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse in the state of Ohio with Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License in good standing.
• Active DEA required.
• Board Certified
• Psychiatric experience required.
• Geriatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric services to residents in long-term care facilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team to develop, implement or evaluate treatment plans.
• Travel locally as needed to client facilities.
