The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a full-time Geriatric physician to join the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. This role offers an opportunity to teach residents and potential faculty appointment, with a balanced M-F schedule and a focus on outpatient geriatric care.

Candidates must be MD/DO with BE/BC in Geriatrics and hold an unrestricted U.S. license. There are robust federal benefits and a loan repayment option up to $200,000 in support of

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• BE/BC in Geriatrics.
• Current full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient geriatric consultations.
• Typical shift Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, no on-call.
• Opportunities to teach residents and fellows with potential faculty appointment.
• Loan repayment opportunity up to $200,000.
