Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based geriatric rehab services in a patient-centered setting. You will evaluate and treat older adults, develop individualized care plans, and deliver functional, outcome-driven interventions to improve mobility and safety.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and educate patients, families, and caregivers.

Qualifications

• PT license in good standing
• Experience in geriatric rehab preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
