Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. You will provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation, focusing on improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life across a variety of care settings.

Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in the United States.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation to improve mobility and function.
