Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Massachusetts.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.

• Strong documentation and caregiver education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation to improve mobility and function.
