The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to assess and treat patients requiring rehabilitation. The PT will develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with physicians and families to optimize outcomes.

The role includes supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining compliance with confidentiality and regulations.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
• Valid Florida professional license and registration.
• Overseeing and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Experience with long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer treatment programs with goals based on patient capacity and tolerance.
• Set realistic goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families.
