Qualifications

• Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in state of practice.
• BLS certified. Certifications must be current before caring for patients independently.

• Perform objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervision to rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants as per state practice acts.
