Job summary

Mercy seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess patients and design individualized treatment programs for adults and geriatric populations. This role includes direct patient supervision and supervising rehab technicians, with oversight of PT assistants in line with state practice acts.

The candidate should hold a PT degree (Bachelor/MS/DPT) and a current state license, with BLS certification and 6–12 months of rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, MS in PT or DPT required.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• Six months to one year rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and supervision for rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy mission, values and service standards.
