Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapy services and coordinate treatment plans for patients in a geriatric setting. You will evaluate patients, design goals, and monitor progress within the facility’s care protocols.

The role requires current state licensure, CPR certification, and the ability to work with staff, patients, and families. Relevant mobility training may be provided as needed and supervision of students or staff may occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State License required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Physical Therapy services to patients with goal-directed activities to improve function.
• Evaluate, plan and implement treatment programs and progress patients toward goals.
• Document department/patient information within designated timeframes and supervise aides as needed.
