Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our team under the Rehab Therapy supervisor. You will perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients, in alignment with Mercy standards.

This role includes supervising rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants under policy, maintaining licensure, and contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or registry eligible.
• Bachelor, MS in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification required and current.
• Six months to one year experience in rehabilitation preferred, with adult and geriatric care experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants per policy.
