Job summary

Theradynamics in Woodmere, NY is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat geriatric patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning. You will develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and help patients return to their highest level of independence.

With a manageable caseload, you will practice evidence-based care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• DPT or PT Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible New York State PT license.
• Interest in geriatric rehab and functional outcomes; strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, cardiac conditions, and general deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinarity care team.
• Help patients return to their highest level of independence; manage caseload with clinical judgment.
