Theradynamics in New York is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in an Assisted Living setting. You will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve meaningful functional outcomes for older adults.

Your caseload is manageable and your clinical judgment will be respected. We offer mentorship for new graduates, flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and per diem options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• DPT or Master’s degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for New York State PT license.
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply — we provide structured mentorship.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, cardiac issues, and deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for optimal outcomes.
• Help patients return to their highest level of independence.
