TheraDynamics in New York is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat geriatric patients in a skilled nursing setting. You will develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and families to maximize functional outcomes.

Applicants should hold a DPT or a Master’s in PT, be licensed or eligible in NY, and bring a passion for geriatric rehab and team-based care. Flexible scheduling and mentorship are offered.

Formación

• DPT or Master's degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current NY State PT license or eligibility.
• Interest in geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological events, and general deconditioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients return to their highest level of independence.
