Full-time is preferred, with 40 hours per week; part-time and PRN also considered. Candidates must be eligible for FL PTA licensure and hold CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and state licensure to practice in Florida.
• Eligible for FL state licensure as a PTA.
• New grads welcomed and supported by the team.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services within assisted and independent living communities and select home visits.
• Manage a geriatric patient population with Medicare Part A Home Health and Part B services.
• Flexible scheduling with a caseload determined by clinicians; 40 hours per week preferred.
• Maintain high-quality care and collaborate with the care team to support residents.
