Trilogy Home Healthcare in Manatee County, FL is seeking a Certified Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for home health visits on a PRN/per diem basis. You will deliver one-on-one PT services under PT supervision, following physician orders to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license/certification is required.
• Florida driver's license, active vehicle insurance, and clear MVR are required.
• 1+ year of PTA experience, Home Health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in a home health setting
• Follow physician orders and treatment plans under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist (PT)
• Deliver therapy that helps patients achieve independence and improve their quality of life
