Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team and provide individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

In this on-site role, you will implement PT treatment plans focused on mobility, function, safety, and quality of life, including therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional activities.

Formación

• Licensed/certified as a Physical Therapist Assistant (CPTA).
• Experience with seniors in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.
• Perform therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and functional activities.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and patient education for patients and caregivers.
