Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing individualized therapy to seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. In this on-site role, you will implement PT treatment plans focused on improving mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist Assistant license required in MA.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• On-site role in Peabody, MA.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility, function, safety, and quality of life.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and gait/balance training.
• Execute functional activities and accurate EMR documentation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and home exercises.
