Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license required or eligible.
• Experience with elderly populations in SNF/long-term care.
• On-site work in Florida with good documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implement PT treatment plans for seniors in care settings.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and gait/balance training.
• Document EMR entries accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff.
