Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on therapy for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will implement treatment plans established by a Physical Therapist, focusing on restoring function, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities include leading therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional activities; documenting patient progress; and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate PTA providing hands-on therapy to seniors.
• Experience supporting seniors in skilled nursing or post-acute care settings.
• Ability to implement treatment plans established by a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities
