Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. You will collaborate with supervising Physical Therapists to provide evidence-based interventions and deliver one-on-one therapy focused on safety, mobility, and functional independence.

You will document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to an interdisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work under supervision and within a care team.

Responsibilities
