Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide hands-on rehabilitative care for seniors in post-acute and long-term care settings. Working under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional interventions to improve mobility, safety, and quality of life.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress in EMR, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-acute and long-term care settings preferred.
• Ability to deliver therapeutic exercises and gait/balance training.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and team members.
