Job summary

Ascension Living PACE Michigan in Flint, MI is seeking a Physician Assistant to join an outpatient team of 2 Physicians and 2 APPs. This full-time role features a M-F 8:00–4:30 schedule with a 1:5 call, within a nonprofit health system dedicated to holistic geriatric care.

Expect a patient panel of about 80, with 2–6 visits daily, strong interdisciplinary collaboration, and a benefits package including CME allowance, tail malpractice coverage, health/dental/vision and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• BLS Provider required within 30 days of hire (AHA or Red Cross accepted).
• NCCPA-licensed Physician Assistant credential required before hire.
• Advanced Life Support preferred (AHA or Red Cross accepted).

Responsibilities

• Outpatient geriatric care for a panel of patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs in an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide holistic, longitudinal care within a nonprofit health system.
