Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking an Outpatient Primary Care Physician in Phoenix, AZ to deliver senior-focused primary care at our community clinics. The physician will be part of a collaborative care team, focusing on high-quality, patient-centered care with ample time for patient relationships.

Ideal candidates are MDs or DOs board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with an active state license.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, non-probationary medical license is required.
• Geriatrics fellowship welcome but not required.
• Strong collaboration and ability to lead care teams with a patient-centric focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to senior patients.
• Lead and collaborate with care teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Address patients' medical and social needs and ensure continuity of care.
