ArchWell Health is seeking a Primary Care physician to join our outpatient centers in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on preventive primary care for seniors in an outpatient setting, with a small patient panel and a full support team to allow meaningful patient interactions.

The position is an employed opportunity offering a base salary plus a quality-based bonus, comprehensive medical benefits with retirement, malpractice coverage with tail, CME, and PTO.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Arizona medical license or ability to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to patients aged 60 and older.
• Work Monday–Friday with no weekends or extended hours.
• Build relationships with patients through small panel sizes and dedicated time.
