Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required).
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients aged 60 years and older in outpatient settings.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach with emphasis on relationship-building.
• Collaborate with a full supportive care team to optimize patient outcomes.
