Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks an Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy in Texas’ Assisted Living and Independent Living communities, focusing on Medicare Part B patients and improving independence, mobility and quality of life.

You’ll work with a supportive therapy team, maintain clinical autonomy, and build long-term relationships while delivering consistent care and meaningful outcomes.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Licensed OTA or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat residents in Assisted Living & Independent Living Communities.
• Develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL/IDL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with care teams, staff, and caregivers to achieve strong patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Educación

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

Licensed OTA or license eligible in state of practice
