Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role provides compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of an OT to improve safety, independence, and quality of life.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, document progress in the EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Education for patients and caregivers is also included to optimize outcomes in senior care.
