Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of an OT to improve safety, functional independence, and quality of life.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, document in the EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers.
