Qualifications

• ACOTE-accredited OT program completion is required.
• Current Minnesota OT license or eligibility prior to start date.
• NBCOT certification or eligibility required for MN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and goals.
• Provide skilled OT services to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, cognition, and independence.
• Document accurately and timely per facility, state, federal, and payer requirements.
