Job summary

Astrya Global is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado. The OT will work 8:00AM - 5:00PM, traveling locally to patient homes and care settings, with NBCOT registration and a Colorado OT license in good standing.

Compensation is $52–$56 per hour with weekly pay and a package of benefits including health/dental/vision, 401K, and credentialing support. The role emphasizes independence, safety, and quality of life for older adults.

Qualifications

• Must have NBCOT registration and Colorado OT license.
• 2–3 years of Occupational Therapy experience, especially with older adults/geriatric populations.
• Strong ability to collaborate with a care team to implement patient-centered plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized OT treatment programs.
• Support participants in achieving independence and quality of life through interventions.
• Conduct home-based safety assessments and provide skilled interventions in the day center.
• Coordinate DME and other supportive services.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to enable safe home/community living.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, and others.
