Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado. The role involves evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs to support patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills across therapy gyms, day centers, and patient homes.

The position requires a Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate in OT, NBCOT registration, and Colorado OT licensure (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current NBCOT registration.
• Current Colorado OT license or ability to obtain before employment.
• 2–3 years of OT experience; geriatric population experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct home safety assessments and environmental modifications.
• Provide skilled OT interventions across therapy gyms, day centers, and patient homes.
• Coordinate durable medical equipment and supportive services to enhance independence.
