Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence and safety.
• Deliver therapy through ADL training and adaptive techniques.
• Support patients in daily tasks like dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
