You will evaluate and treat residents, develop individualized, outcome-focused plans of care, and help patients maximize safety, independence, and quality of life.

You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document in EMR, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active state license to practice occupational therapy.
• Eligibility for Illinois OT license (OTR/L).
