Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide individualized adult and geriatric OT services. You will support functional independence, mobility, and safety through patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical setting.

Responsibilities include implementing ADL-focused plans, assisting with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, and partnering with care teams.

Qualifications

• COTA license or eligibility in the practicing state.
• Experience or interest in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under direction to improve independence and safety.
• Implement ADLs-focused treatment plans for daily living activities.
• Assist patients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal prep.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and nursing staff for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans.
