Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will deliver OT services, monitor progress over time, and work within a collaborative clinical environment to improve independence, mobility, and safety.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to improve functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress.
