Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) in Mississippi is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to empower adult and geriatric patients to improve independence and safety through patient-centered therapy.

You will work under an OT, implement ADL-focused plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document progress while delivering high-quality care in a supportive, autonomy-filled environment.

Qualifications

• Certification or eligibility per state license requirements.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and overall quality of life
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
