Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to empower adults in achieving meaningful outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care.

You will deliver occupational therapy services to adult/geriatric populations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain high standards of safety and independence while advancing your clinical autonomy and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or licensed in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients improve functional independence, safety and overall quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
