Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. This on-site role delivers compassionate, evidence-based interventions under the direction of an OT, with the goal of improving safety, functional independence, and quality of life.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, document progress in the EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential is required.
• Experience delivering evidence-based OT interventions is preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively.
