Job summary

Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this on-site role, you will deliver evidence-based interventions to enhance functional independence, safety, and quality of life.

Working closely with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary team, you will implement treatment plans, complete timely documentation, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credential (COTA).
• Experience delivering therapy services to older adults in SNF or post-acute settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills with a compassionate approach.
