Secouniversity seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible comprehensive optometrist for a medical-based geriatric practice within the Department of Ophthalmology. The role emphasizes primary eye care with opportunities in pre/post operative care and teaching medical students and residents.

Flexible schedules and a physician-led environment support work-life balance. Experience in contact lens practice and ocular disease is welcome but not required, with Grand Rounds and cross-training possible.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible comprehensive optometrist.
• Experience in geriatric optometry is preferred but not required.
• Teaching responsibilities for medical students and residents within Ophthalmology.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary eye care within the Department of Ophthalmology, Section of Optometry.
• Assist with pre- and post-operative care as needed.
• Opportunity to attend Grand Rounds and participate in resident and student training.
