Premier Therapy in Bellefonte, PA is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help residents build skills for safer, more independent daily living. This onsite role partners with the supervising OT to deliver evidence-informed care and support progress.

You’ll provide OT interventions, assist with evaluations and goal tracking, create and carry out individualized treatment plans, communicate updates with the care team and families, and complete timely documentation in

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania COTA license.
• Working knowledge of OT assessments and interventions.
• Experience with geriatric and/or long-term care populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to implement individualized therapy plans.
• Proficiency with rehab documentation platforms.
