You will document weekly and monthly progress notes and help guide families and nursing staff in OT positioning and carryover of the program.

The role offers competitive wages with a $31 to $35 per hour range, based on skills and experience, and requires PA OTA certification plus a 2-year accredited OTA program completion.

Qualifications

• PA Certification as Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Completion of a 2-year accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Document weekly notes, monthly notes, and statistics.
• Train nursing staff and families regarding proper positioning and carry over of OT program.
• Discuss treatment plans and goals with Occupational Therapist.
• Modify/adapt wheelchair parts and accessories or other assistive devices for residents.
