Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered occupational therapy to adults and seniors, improving independence, mobility and safety. You’ll work under an OT, develop treatment plans, and help patients perform ADLs to enhance quality of life.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you’ll document progress and contribute to high-quality care while enjoying flexible scheduling and a supportive environment that values

Competenze

• COTA certification or licensure eligibility in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Mansioni

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to improve functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor patient progress to adjust plans as needed.
