Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve their ability to perform daily tasks such as dressing and grooming.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adjust treatment plans based on needs.
