Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and certification.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents to determine best intervention for each patient.
• Perform treatment plans and follow goals per plan of care.
• Interpret evaluation findings and communicate with residents and families.
• Establish resident therapy schedules in coordination with team.
• Conduct therapy and document/bill services per CMS standards.
• Perform all duties to effectively treat patients as assigned.
• Comply with CMS documentation standards in daily practice.

Education

Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy

Active OTA licensure in state(s) of practice
