One Senior Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Morehead, Kentucky. You will plan and deliver individualized care to help Participants regain independence in daily activities. Qualifications

• Must have a valid OT license in the practicing state.
• Preferred experience with frail or elderly populations, training provided.
• Clinical competency with geriatric populations required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to develop treatment plans.

• Document treatments and Participant progress.
• Teach safe use of adaptive equipment.
• Lead restorative and wellness programs.
• Provide therapy in various settings.
