Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited OT college or university.
• Licensed and registered to practice OT in the state.
• Experience supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants.
• Strong documentation and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients to determine rehabilitation needs and capacity.
• Establish and supervise an OT treatment program with goals.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families.
